| US Army Awards Intelligent Power Distribution Research Project The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has awarded Lex Products a large contract to develop an intelligent portable electrical power distribution system for the Army. The new system, tagged IPMDS (Intelligent Power Management and Distribution System) will be developed to incorporate automatic phase balancing, ground fault protection and enhanced 24/7 power distribution reliability.
