The encryption is used by Swedish peacekeeping forces to protect radio communications from eavesdropping.Sectra's voice crypto for tactical radio protects radio communications between vehicles and troops in the field from eavesdropping. The crypto product is flexible and protects communication over the radio networks Ra 180 and Ra 1512 as well as over IP-based tactical networks.
