4th RTB Strategy Implementation Subgroup Meeting
The RTB Chairman, IGA Jacques Bongrand, chaired the 4th RTB Strategy Implementation Subgroup Meeting at RTA Headquarters on 24 January 2008 as part of the preparation of the discussions to be held in the upcoming Spring RTB meetings. Topics included: defining a Secure & Predictable Financial Environment for NATO R&T; finding ways for an Increased Synergy between National R & T Investments and NATO Needs; improving RTO Cooperation with International Bodies (including EDA); establishing a Guidance Document for Cooperation with Russia; and, finalizing the “ Holistic Approach to NATO R & T ” Document. The next Strategy Implementation Subgroup Meeting will be held on 10 March 2008 in conjunction with the Spring 2008 RTB Strategic Planning Session and will involve the RTO Panel & Group Chairs.
