Parvus Receives $3.2m Follow-on Order for L-3 ROVER Chassis / Power Supplies Eurotech subsidiary Parvus Corporation announces a follow-on contract with L-3 Communications for approximately $3.2m to supply additional rugged electronics subsystems for the L-3 ROVER data link system. Deliveries are expected during Q1 2010. The remote operations video enhanced receiver (ROVER) is widely used by US and NATO forces to view real-time video from unmanned and manned aircraft for battlefield situational awareness.Since 2005, Parvus has supplied L-3 with the rugged chassis and power supply for the ROVER system.
